The sushi chef crafts and seasons each piece of sushi differently, to bring out certain qualities for every guest to enjoy. A fatty piece of salmon nigiri may be lightly blowtorched to bring out its flavorsome oils, which is then cut through with cubes of tangy, citruous ponzu jelly. Or local tuna fillet may benefit from the gentle heat of a jalapeño salsa. The combinations are exciting (tuna and gorgonzola, anyone?), but never reckless.

If guests choose to order a-la-carte, the meal allowance amount of 15€ p.p. (children 7.50€) will be deducted from their total bill.
