A: The VidaMar São Rafael Villas, Apartments & GuestHouse does not have a reception working 24 hours a day. During the period from March to October the Reception is open daily between 09h00 and 0h00. From November to February the schedule is shorter, running daily between 09h00 and 18h00.

A: The VidaMar São Rafael Villas, Apartments & GuestHouse doesn’t have this regular service. However, you can arrange occasional transportation to / from Faro airport in a car with driver and air conditioning at an additional cost, which depends on the total number of occupants and the arrival / departure schedule. As a reference, during the day, the cost to transport 4 occupants is 50€ per trip. Please note that this prices may change and you should always send us a request to obtain confirmation of the value.

A: VidaMar São Rafael Villas, Apartments & GuestHouse offers 2-storey 2-bedroom villas and studios. Each villa has its private pool with fresh water (not heated). The swimming pools of the 2 bedroom villas and the studios measure 5m x 2m x 1.2m.
A: Yes, the guests at VidaMar São Rafael Villas, Apartments & GuestHouse can use all the services of the Hotel, such as 3 outdoor pools, Restaurants and Bars, Kids' Club, etc. Some of these services are free, others have an additional cost which and must be paid locally.
A: Our villas and studios are cleaned daily, towels are changed every 3 days and sheets once a week. If needed, our guests can use the "Environment Card“ which indicates how to proceed in case they wish an additional change. The garbage from the kitchen is emptied daily and the floor is washed daily.
A: The basic food regime of the villas and apartments is "Only Accommodation", no meals included. However, for supplements, guests can pre-book breakfast which is served daily at the GuestHouse. The reservation must be made until the previous day.
A: Check-in can be made at 16h00 for the villas and apartments, and from 15h00 for the GuestHouse rooms. Check-out should be made by 11h00 for the villas and apartments and by 12h00 for the GuestHouse rooms. Both check-in and check-out are done at the GuestHouse's reception.
A: This situation is subject to availability. You can always leave your bags with us at the reception and wait at the Guesthouse pool until your accommodation is ready. If your lodging is ready before the check-in time, we will be happy to let you do the check-in. Of course, this situation can never be guaranteed and it is only possible to know on the day of arrival.
