Yes. VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira offers the largest sea-level platform in Madeira, with direct ocean access and three seawater swimming pools.
05Can you please arrange airport transport?
VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira can arrange a standard airport transfer. For weekends, bank holidays and services between 9:00pm and 7:00am, an additional fee applies. To book, please provide your flight number and arrival time.

01What is the Double Room maximum capacity?
The Double Room at VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 kid (0–11 years) or 3 adults with an extra bed. Babies count towards maximum capacity. Cots are available free of charge.
02Is there a charge for internet access in the room?
Wi-Fi at VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira is free of charge in all rooms and public areas.

The restaurants at VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira operate with a smart-casual dress code. Jacket and tie are only required for the Réveillon Gala Dinner and Christmas Dinner.
02Does the Hotel cater for a gluten free diet, particularly the bread?
Yes. VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira provides gluten-free meals, including gluten-free bread. Please request this when making your reservation so our Executive Chef can prepare everything accordingly.
01Does the Hotel provide a Spa and is it free of charge?
VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira features the Thalasso Sea Spa, offering a wide range of health and beauty treatments. The Spa includes wet and dry areas, indoor and outdoor massage zones, relaxation spaces, a Thalassotherapy pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and Contrast Shower. Access is for guests aged 16+ and costs €25.00 per adult/service.
02Is the access to the Thalasso Sea Spa free of charge?
Access to the wet area of the Thalasso Sea Spa at VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira (Thalassotherapy pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, Contrast Shower and Turkish bath) costs €25.00 per person. Guests can also enjoy the Aqua Area, which includes an indoor heated pool, sauna and hot tub, free of charge.
03Do we need to pre-book the treatments at the Thalasso Sea Spa? Can we use the hydrotherapy/spa swimming pool after the massage/treatment?
Pre-booking is required at the Thalasso Sea Spa: +351 291 717 648* or during check-in at VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira. When booking a treatment, access to the Thalassotherapy area can be added one hour before the treatment for €10.00 per person. Pool use after treatments is not permitted.

01How much is the kids club for a 2-year-old child?
The Aquatica Kids World (ages 3–11) at VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira is free of charge. Babysitting services for younger children are available upon request (pre-booking required).
02What kind of pools are accessible for adults and children in Winter?
At VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira, four outdoor seawater pools (including one children’s pool) are available year-round, weather permitting. The Aqua Area with an indoor heated pool is also free for all guests.

VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira features the VIDA Health Club, offering free group classes year-round: hydro gym, body balance, Pilates, dance classes, body combat, cycling and more. The schedule is updated monthly.
Additional free in-house activities include billiards, table tennis and squash.
The hotel can also arrange outdoor sports activities (surcharge).
